Registered users have access to online support system. Issues reported as tickets are high priority tasks for us and they will be addressed as soon as possible.

You can create tickets (feature requests, bug reports, questions, etc) in our GitHub issue tracker. This issue tracker is public and visible for all users including CE version users.
