Administration Users Provisioning

Overview

You can import users from a third-party system to preconfigure access.

This feature supports the following identity providers:

Tip

Make sure at least one provider is configured before importing users.

Import users

  1. Go to Settings -> Administration -> Users and Teams
  2. Click + Import. This opens the import form.

  3. In the form, choose a provisioning provider.

  4. Click Get Users List. If not logged in, you'll be prompted to authenticate with the selected provider.

  5. After loading, select the users you want to import. The selected users will appear in the table on the right.

    For each user, you must assign a role while importing. Use the Role dropdown to choose one of the available roles. For details on roles, see Roles. If you set roles in LDAP, they’ll be automatically detected during user provisioning.

  6. Click Import. The users will be added to the system and shown in the list.
